A set of 12 weekly spelling lists to support the patterns for Year 4, Spring Term.
These handy spelling bookmarks are designed to support children as they progress through the Spring Term of Year 4. The spelling patterns have been taken from the National Curriculum (2014) Years 3 & 4 Spelling Appendix with relevant words that use the pattern plus, some of the common exception words from the year group.
These bookmarks can be printed and distributed as the weekly spelling list to match the sound pattern being learned and will cover 12 weeks of the Spring Term.
Each bookmark features the carefully selected list of words with a quirky alien-theme, helping pupils to practise and apply their growing spelling knowledge in daily reading and writing tasks.
