Frequently Asked Questions

How do I download my resources after purchase?

After purchase, your download link will be sent straight to your email. You can also access your files anytime through your account.

Can I re-download my files if I lose them?

– Yes, your previously purchased items will remain in your account, so you can always return to download them again. If you have any problems with this, we encourage you to contact us at headteacher@theteachingchest.com.

Can I print the resources easily?

– Yes, all resources are printable.

For best quality printing and sizing, first save the document as a PDF. Then, open the PDF version and print.

Are all the resources editable?

Yes, everything is editable with the exception of the PNG images. However, if you wish to change the images, you can just delete them and replace them with something else.

Are the resources suitable for learners with additional needs?

– All of the resources are editable, so you can amend everything to suit the needs of individual learners.

Which curriculum do TTC resources follow?

– The resources are all designed to suit the UK National Curriculum (2014).

Can I share these resources with colleagues?

– No, these resources are for your use only, and the terms and conditions of purchase are clear that they are for sole use only.

Is there a subscription option as well as PAYG?

– Not at this stage, but it is in the pipeline for the future. We are considering how a subscription service can work alongside a PAYG option for those who don’t want to feel ‘tied in’.

How often are new resources added to the collection?

– New resources are added to the collection every Monday morning. TTC aims to release between 10 and 20 new items, including discounted bundles, each week. These can be found in the ‘New This Week’ section on our home page.

Will you be offering resources for other subjects and year groups?

– Yes, over the coming months we will be adding more materials for a wide range of subjects, to include EYFS/KS1 and KS3.
